How we use SMS, what messages to expect, and how to opt out.
SUMMARY: If you provide your mobile phone number to RoofingEstimates.ai, we will send you a one-time verification code, plus follow-up text messages about your roofing estimate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from RoofingEstimates.ai by:
- Entering your mobile phone number on the calculator at roofingestimates.ai/calculator and
- Affirmatively checking the consent box that reads:
"By providing my phone number and continuing, I agree to receive a one-time SMS verification code, plus follow-up messages from RoofingEstimates.ai about my estimate. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."
Contractors enrolling in our portal opt in to receive lead notification SMS by checking a separate consent box during signup, and may add additional consenting recipients in their dashboard.

How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and we will not send you any further SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
Other opt-out keywords we honor: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for help, and we will respond with information about the program and contact details for our support team. You can also email support@roofingestimates.ai at any time.
Carriers
Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One, Cellcom, C-Spire, GCI, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, Pioneer, and other wireless carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy & Sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors who help us operate the SMS program (e.g., Twilio for delivery) is permitted, and they are bound by confidentiality. We share your name and contact information with up to three (3) licensed roofing contractors that serve your area so they can quote your job — that sharing is described in our Privacy Policy. Roofing contractors do not receive your SMS opt-in record itself.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
Cost
RoofingEstimates.ai does not charge a fee for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
Changes
We may update this disclosure from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email.
